Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Journalcast mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.

Subscriptions and Billing

Journalcast Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Standard Licence

Use of the App is licensed under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it by means other than the interface we provide, or reproduce or redistribute its audio content.

Content and Wellbeing

Journalcast provides reflective journaling prompts. It is not medical care, therapy, or a substitute for professional advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the App means you accept any updates.
